Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope that you love GelHouse products as much as we do, should you change your mind, we accept returns for new, unused and resealable products that are in the original packaging. Return must be made within 14 days of your purchase date, once return goods arrived at our warehouse, we will perform the final product inspections, if the returns are approved, we will issue refunds to the original form of payment. 

NOTE: To ensure safety and strict hygiene measures, unsealed products cannot be returned due to change of mind and incorrect ordering.

** The cost of return due to change of mind is the responsibility of the customer, however, if the product is deemed faulty, we will provide shipping label at no cost. 

How to return

  1. Firstly, please check if your order meet the return criteria. Returning products that do not meet the criteria will void the refunds.
  2. Simply contact us via email hello@gelhouse.com.au , attaching your order number/ name and date of purchase. Please briefly outline your reason for returning. We will provide return address if the products meet the criteria. 
  3. Please pack your order securely, and ship over the products with reliable couriers. We are not responsible for lost/untracked parcels. It is the customers' duty to ensure that their return parcel is sent to the right address.  
  4. Once the product arrive at the warehouse, our team will carry out a final inspection. 
  5. If approved, we will get in contact with you via email and provide refunds to the original form of payment.
